Shipping Policy

Shipping Rate
Courier service rate may be vary depending on the addressee’s location. After payment of the purchase has been made, please allow some time for us to get back to you regarding the shipping rate. We are also reachable via call or WhatsApp at +6082-555198 for immediate response.

Courier Service
Depending on your location, we will select a courier service that is available to the region. If you are in Kuching city and chose to pick up the purchased item straight from our store, you may do so.

Delivery Status
You may locate your parcel with the tracking number provided by us once shipped. Depending on the courier service used, you may check via their website/platform.

Incorrect Delivery Address
We will not be responsible for any incorrect delivery address. Please check that you have provided us with the correct delivery address. In the event of an incorrect delivery address, we advise you to pick up the parcel by yourself at the courier’s counter once it reaches your city.

Standard Delivery Lead Time

Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1 – 3 business days (or up to 30 days for pre-order items) if they are placed before 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If a public holiday falls on Monday, the order(s) will be processed on the following working day.

Expected Time of Arrival of deliveries are as follow:

  • East Malaysia: 2 – 3 working days
  • West Malaysia: 4 – 6 working days
  • International: Over 14 days

Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2 -3 working days.
